LEXUS CURRY, 20

My name is Lexus. Yes, like the car. I'm 20 years old and I know exactly why I was put here on this planet. I'm creative as heck, It runs through my bones, creating is what I was born to do.

Creating this website was a way for me to express myself, which is something I can't get enough of. I never thought I would like writing this because I didn't enjoy writing in school. Then I realized it was because I didn't like what I was writing about (which is where I think a lot of us go wrong in life, not really loving what we do). But, I LOVE this. I love photography and videography, it's my passion.

​I want to live a meaningful life that inspires and motivates people to pursue their wildest dreams. I want to inspire people to create the exact lives they want and to do what they love. I strive to do that every day for myself and be the best version of me that I can. I want to inspire people through my creative talents and the skills I'm constantly working to develop. 

My favourite thing in the world is documenting my life and capturing those amazing moments, that would otherwise be lost, on camera. I've taught myself everything I know about the craft from wandering the streets with my brand new camera I had no clue how to work, to watching youtube tutorials for hours. 

I am constantly growing, things are always changing, and what I love most about this journey is the people. I love people. I love learning about people, getting to know people and genuinely connecting with them. I love capturing raw, real life moments in time of humans being humans.

A video is the most effective form of media to connect with people because they can watch, listen, and resonate with the message you portray. Videos provoke emotion and it becomes so surreal for me when I watch back a video I've edited of amazing memories and adventures. And the best part? I get to keep them forever.

Life is a movie and we're the directors.
